Job Responsibilities & Missions:
We are looking for a Quality and Regulatory Affairs Manager to drive the regulatory strategy and the quality management system for the company and its medical device software. Your missions will be to:
Ensure that regulatory requirements are fulfilled for the medical devices designed by the company
- Implement regulatory plans and strategies for the medical device software
- Support design control deliverables and activities related to product development projects
- Handle the implementation of the technical file documents in agreement with international regulatory requirements
- Prepare the application for regulatory approval of the products in conjunction with the legal representatives/authorities of the marketing countries
- Perform a continuous surveillance of the applicable standards and regulations
- Communicate with relevant health authorities
Manage the Quality System of the company
- Manage the QMS according to the ISO 13485:2016 standard
- Manage the QMS according to ISO27001
- Adapt the QMS to international requirements
- Write and update documents necessary to the Quality Management
- Handle non-conformities and implement corrective action plans
- Train the team members to the use of the Quality Management System
- Plan and organize audits (suppliers, internal and certification)
This position will include close interactions with the Data Science, Imaging, Software Development team.
Profile:
- Master of science degree in relevant fields
- Experience in quality management of medical device software and/or in regulatory affairs related to medical device software
- Experience in software development processes (Agile, V cycles …, configuration management)

- Experience with 21 CFR part 820 Quality system regulation and in the regulatory pathway for FDA clearance

Job Responsibilities & Missions:
We are looking for an Operations Lead to deliver training and support for installation and service of our medical imaging software, designed to support the diagnosis and assessment of drug efficacy for central nervous system diseases. Reporting to the CPTO, your missions will be the following:
Software deployment:
- Create and maintain a technical relationship with our customers’ IT services regarding workflow design, cybersecurity & software deployment
- Lead the operational deployment of such solutions: virtual machine configuration, Kubernetes deployment, VPN/network configuration, communication with IT systems
- Collect, diagnose, and troubleshoot technical problems and issue resolution for customers
- Perform software maintenance, both onsite and remotely
Application:
- Review customer’s IT environment to implement best integration solution between a customer’s PACS and other healthcare systems prior to the deployment
- Train customers to use the software
- Collect user feedbacks and report them into our Quality Management System
This position will include close interactions with the Cloud Architect as well as the Product, the R&D and the Marketing team at Qynapse.
Profile:
- Engineering background in neuroscience, biomedical, pharmacology OR business and marketing background with a deep understanding of these clinical topics
- At least 2 years of experience as Product manager, ideally in a healthcare software environment
- Understand healthcare and clinical trials ecosystems

We are looking for a talented Clinical Research Scientist motivated by transforming healthcare practices and outcomes for patients, with a strong scientific background and a real taste for applied clinical research.The goal is to launch and drive research studies both internally, at Qynapse, and externally with our key partners to demonstrate our products value & clinical impact. Directly reporting to the Scientific Director, your tasks will be to:
- Design protocols for clinical and regulatory studies, supervise and take part in study execution
- Conduct statistical analyses and interpret algorithmic results
- Translate these findings into scientific publications and conference presentations
- Identify and discuss new opportunities for relevant clinical studies with Key Opinions Leaders (KOLs)

- Deliver presales demonstrations
- Train customers to use the software
- Maintain a technical relationship with IT services and products discussions with the users
